  1. Complete the project request form with full details of your project.
  2. We will send you a project proposal outlining the cost and deliverables.
  3. Review the proposal, client agreement and submit your deposit along with any other required content.
  4. We will send your first concept for review.
  5. We will provide you with three rounds of revisions before we finalize your preferred design.
  6. Submit your remaining balance due.
  7. Your final artwork is released upon receipt of your remaining balance.

Not all request are the same. This varies by design request.  A relatively simple design request can be delivered within 3 – 5 business days, whereas smaller tasks (such as name changes or color correction) can generally be turned around within 24 Hours. Please keep in mind that the “time quote” reflects the complexity of the task, so for a logo design, or a landing site, it will take significantly more time than designing, for example, a social media flyer.

These are our most common requests and turnaround times:

Digital/E Flyer Design: 3 to 5 business days
Logo Design: 10 to 15 business days
Web Design: 6 to 8 weeks

Please note, we service clients on a first come-first served basis, therefore completion dates may vary and are not guaranteed. We do accommodate rush requests, however, a Rush Fee will be applied. 

Yes, you will be provided with a client agreement prior to the start of the project.

The deposit payment specified in your initial invoice is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by 116 Creative and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

You will be provided with a client portal. Here you will be able to upload files, send emails and stay updated on the progress of your project. Your feedback is critical, so be prepared for regular communication.

Failure to communicate with us during the design process for a period of 72 hours will result in your project being placed on hold and moved to the end of our design queue. If the design schedule permits, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your project pending an additional 25% payment of the current cost of the project. 

Yes, we offer monthly plans. These plans include unlimited requests. You can request as many graphics as you’d like and our designers will work on the requests in your queue every business day. If we don’t get it right the first time, revisions are unlimited too. However, you’re limited in the speed of the requests. Normal turn around times still apply or may take longer in some cases.

The expense of employing a senior-level designer on a full-time basis has escalated to over $100,000 annually, inclusive of benefits (and it’s quite challenging to find one who is currently available). Moreover, there might be instances when you don’t have a sufficient amount of work to keep them occupied consistently, resulting in paying for idle time.

By opting for the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to temporarily suspend and reactivate your subscription whenever necessary, guaranteeing that you only compensate your designer for the period when there is work available for them.

Once a project is completed, the client has 10 days to make their final payment. a $100 late fee will be applied for every week after the payment due date.
