Moreover, there might be instances when you don’t have a sufficient amount of work to keep them occupied consistently, resulting in paying for idle time.

By opting for the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to temporarily suspend and reactivate your subscription whenever necessary, guaranteeing that you only compensate your designer for the period when there is work available for them.

Not all request are the same. This varies by design request.  On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one. These include logos, social media graphics, YouTube thumbnails, merch, promotional materials, presentations, book covers, slide decks, and more.

One One Six Creative does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.). For web design, we only use WordPress and Elementor so we don’t work in platforms like Shopify, Wix, etc.

No, you are enrolled in a monthly membership and can cancel anytime.

You will be provided with a client portal via Trello. Here you will be able to upload files, send messages and stay updated on the progress of your project. Your feedback is critical, so be prepared for regular communication.

You can submit design requests through Trello, Google Docs or Drive links, or even Loom videos. If it fits in Trello, it works for us.

We don’t offer refunds due to the high-quality and customization of the work and unlimited revisions provided until you’re 100% satisfied.

We primarily use Adobe Creative Cloud and Affinity Designer. Web designs and landing pages are crafted in WordPress and Elementor.
